  • A legal and advocacy organization dedicated to achieving freedom and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer people, and their families through proactive, targeted, change-inducing initiatives.
    • Queering Democracy Initiative 
      • FedWatch Program: Monitors and publicly comments on administrative policy and government data on LGBTQ+ populations. 
      • Queering the Census: Ensuring that all of us, especially people from marginalized communities, are represented accurately in U.S. Census data.
    • Queering Faith Initiative 
      • Trans Seminarian Leadership Cohort : A year-long leadership training program popular among transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals pursuing formal careers in religious life.
      • Partners in Faith and Spirituality: Working with faith and spiritual partners in an effort to provide resources and support to people of many faiths and spiritual traditions.
    • Building Power Initiative: 
      • Building Queer Power Night School: A training series to build the skills and knowledge of movement leaders and energized activists to grow an intersectional movement for queer liberation.
      • Creating Change Conference: The nation’s foremost political, leadership, and skills-building conference for the LGBTQ movement.
      • Holley Law Fellowship: A training series to build the skills and knowledge of movement leaders and energized activists to grow an intersectional movement for queer liberation.
